BLUE&GREEN is an Erasmus+ partnership dedicated to promoting sustainable food production through innovative education and international collaboration. Bringing together organizations from Iceland, Austria and Greece, the project combines expertise in aquaponics, vertical farming and digital learning to create practical educational resources for students, educators and future agricultural professionals.

Through hands-on experience, knowledge exchange and interactive learning tools, the partners are working together to inspire the next generation of sustainable food producers and support a greener, more resilient future for Europe.
